Week 5: Training through Family Vacation!
In addition to the miles and miles of Disney World theme park walking, I kept up with my 90 day challenge by getting creative with HIIT and yoga and by getting up early, 630am EST early. (That’s 330am at home – no wonder I look so tired!)
